Resolved

A planned internet firewall upgrade Saturday evening caused a failure of firewall appliance hardware.

Because impact was low, with no users in the building during time of the outage, recovery process was postponed until Sunday morning.

Configuration backup was deployed to spare firewall appliance and all services restored to normal by approximately 11:15AM
