Our monitoring systems alerted to a NC brief internet outages at 7:04AM and 9:55AM which were correlated with our primary firewall at NC going unresponsive. The firewall had failed with an out-of-memory condition due to a suspected bug in the current firmware version. We will be doing a maintenance window this evening to upgrade the firmware to a newer version that should address the memory issue and prevent additional outages.
